Time Management

Time management constitutes a real problem. All of us have to face the forces that constantly compete for our time and energy. Most of us have to work, so our employers demand some of our time; and if we have families they too demand and need some of our time. Then there is sleeping, eating, recreation, and civic responsibilities, all of which compete for the few hours we have each day. It’s no wonder that we so frequently seek help in learning better how to manage our time.

Time is not like money that can be stashed away in a local savings and loan for future use. All of us will spend exactly 168 hours per week, no more and no less. So while we cannot save it, we can spend it more effectively.
