Performance Appraisals is the method that enables any organization to reach the level, which can make it a facility of total quality.
You can use the performance evaluation tool to measure the efficacy of the different departments in the facility/organization and to evaluate and measure each function individually. A tool for each member to undergo self performance assessment could be used, and helps as a mirror image for all individuals and self assessment.
