Participatory Training
This training program has been prepared to develop trainers’ skills; focusing on the most important skills of training implementation.
It also covers the main five training dimensions of Adult Education.
The program assists the participants to differentiate between leadership and control, followed by the instructor, and coaching, which encourage and create healthy atmosphere full of mutual friendship and confidence.
