Training Management
This training program is aiming at improving the knowledge and skills of training managers to raise their efficiency in training Management. This program includes the concept of participatory training and How to perform Training Needs Assessment, how to set the training goals and objectives, and also how to design the training curriculum and choose the training contents relevant to it.
